Isabela is a city in the province of Basilan in the Philippines. It is officially known as the City of Isabela and is a component city, categorized as a 4th city income class. Isabela is part of the Zamboanga Peninsula region and is located on the island of Basilan. The city is bordered by the municipalities of Lantawan and Lamitan and shares a border with the statistical territorial entity of Basilan.
